2.5 acres lot and a new 12,000 square foot building which
is still in it's construction stages.
This facility will house a 6,000 square foot two story
office complex with conference and board rooms, and a
live and post video editing suite and studio. The facility
will Also house a 6,000 square foot warehouse for maintenance,
set-up and new construction of future sound, lighting,
staging and video equipment.
This new facility currently has
a 3,000 square foot work shop for woodwork and welding,
three large garage bay doors and a loading dock.
